WHAT IS CHEMICAL COLD FOGGING?

Chemical Cold fogging is a unique process that evenly distributes disinfectants in a fog to reach difficult to clean and often overlooked places.

End of production cleaning and disinfection is selective to food-contact surfaces and can lead to the potential survival of micro-organisms in the wider environment. Whole room disinfection enables difficult-to-reach places to be thoroughly disinfected.

Our process uses Dual-Quat:

A one-step viricidal sanitiser that is effective against COVID 19

This germicidal detergent also fully disinfects and deodorises.

WHY USE FOGGING?

Chemical Cold fogging is an effective way to sanitise and kill microbial contaminants and viruses such as COVID-19 which can exist on surfaces, as well as in the air.

Traditional approaches of manually wiping down every surface are very limiting as it is time-consuming, costly, and labour intensive. Often bacteria will reside in areas that are hard to reach, and viruses can continue to fester and grow.

Alternatively, Cold fogging quickly dispenses a sanitising mixture of disinfectants, biocides and fungicides to effectively eradicate pathogens and odours in one fast, easy application. There is no need to wipe down, saving time and money.

Fogging is achieved using either a static, purpose-built system in a factory area with strategically placed nozzles or, more commonly, a mobile unit.

COMMERICAL & INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS

Protect yourself, your workers and your customers with a professional disinfection and fogging service.

Cold fogging is suitable for a vast array of industries and facilities, including, but not limited to:

  1. Food Preparation Plants
  2. Farming & Agriculture Plants
  3. Packing Houses
  4. Warehouses & Cold Storage Units

Cold disinfectant fogging is a highly effective tool to help stop the spread of coronavirus.

Cold fogging enables potentially contaminated areas to be quickly and effectively disinfected.

Fogging machines can be used to treat large areas in a short space of time, and can be deployed in difficult to access sites.

Our highly effective viricidal sanitisers will be dispersed in a fine mist, coating your entire premises. High traffic touchpoints as well as hard to reach areas are all quickly covered, forming a protective barrier against bacteria.

COLD FOGGING PROCESS

A fogging unit is used to atomise an effective disinfectant liquid into a fog. The fog naturally circulates in the air to successfully decontaminate all surface areas, making it perfect to treat large areas and areas containing lots of equipment that can be difficult to clean by hand.
